About the coach

The person

Brynn is my name and I’m an Australian American health professional, senior leader and coach. I have worked in public health, disability and not for profit sectors across both countries. I lead high performing teams and individuals. Helping people do their best is my super power. You can find me listening to very loud music, behind the pages of a book, in the bush or on the beach.

The credentials

I’m a IECL Certified Organisational Coach. I have a Masters of Public Health from Melbourne University. I’m a registered Occupational Therapist in Australia and the USA, having obtained my Bachelors degree at Boston University. I’m an improvement science coach, and a diversity and inclusion specialist. I’m a graduate of Safer Care Victoria’s Frontline Leadership course. I’ve been a senior leader in large and small organisations for 15 years. I’ve grown things from the ground up and have made great things even better. If there’s a tricky situation at hand, there’s a good chance I’ve been there.

The reason

Working one on one with people who are highly skilled and highly motivated to make a difference both for themselves and the people they serve is the reward for me. I can see the inherent potential in others. Unlocking that potential and witnessing the impact is the reason I am a coach.

    Flexible coaching is for those who’s working and learning style requires flexibility. No need to sign up for a package. Pay a small fee to have my number on hand and we can catch up any time with little notice.
